Find where the business is leaking, and which leak to close first.
A 45-minute operations audit with me, Wilkins Ndwiga, run as a working session. We walk through one ordinary week of your business. You leave with a one-page leak map and the first system I would build.
Complimentary while this season's openings last. I run every audit myself, so I keep the number small.

What happens in the 45 minutes.
You talk and I map. Scroll, drag the slider, or pick a part of the call.
Minutes 0 to 5
What already works
Five minutes on what you want protected, so no fix breaks something that already works.
Minutes 6 to 20
Last week, step by step
Where work arrived, who picked it up, and where it waited. Every request, handoff, report and invoice from one ordinary week.
Minutes 21 to 30
What routes through you
Every decision or approval that still needs you. The first system is usually hiding in this list.
Minutes 31 to 38
The numbers
The one number you check first, and what it hides.
Minutes 39 to 45
The map
I write each leak down with what it costs and the fix, in the order I would close them. Then I name the first system to build and who should own it.
| Leak | Kind | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Replies to new inquiries wait two days | Information | One owner reads every inbox, every day. |
| A customer asks to scale back and gets no new plan | Authority | The coordinator may offer a new plan the same day. |
| Quotes come from two price lists | Behavior | One price list, and every quote reads from it. |
First system A reply desk that drafts every answer from the one price list. The sales lead owns it and sends.
You keep this page, whether or not we work together.
What you leave with.
- The leak mapEach leak, what it costs, and the order I would close them in.
- The first systemDescribed well enough that your team could start it without me, with the person who should own it.
What to bring.
- NumbersThe last 60 days, roughly, in your head.
- Three thingsThe three things that still route through you.
- Your toolsYour inbox and the tool you schedule work in, within reach.
Who it is for: founders of growing businesses in any industry, with a team in place and too much still routing through them.
Three kinds of leak.
A leak is a specific, countable loss. Each one sits in one of three places, and each place has its own kind of fix.
- InformationThe right person does not see it in time. Customer threads wait days because nobody reads every inbox every day.
- AuthorityNobody is clearly allowed to decide it. A small request waits a week for the founder.
- BehaviorThe rule exists and is not followed. There are two sources for a price, so a quote goes out higher than the website.
The same method is behind these.
Three results from operations I have run. More on the results page.
46%
Crew payroll as a share of revenue at a home services company, down from over 80% in one quarter.
90%
About that much less of the owner's day spent inside the operation, at the same company.
30min a week
The owner's time in a multi-location hospitality group, down from 10-plus hours a day in 90 days.
Before you book.
What happens after the audit?
You keep the leak map. If you want help building the first system, I send a short written proposal after the call, and you decide in your own time.
What if we are not a fit?
You still leave with the leak map and the first system, described well enough that your team could start it without me.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No documents. Bring the last 60 days of numbers in your head, the three things that still route through you, and your inbox and scheduling tool within reach.
What happens after I book?
You get a calendar invite with a video link. The booking form asks a few short questions (your company, revenue band, team size, what already works and what still routes through you) so we can spend the 45 minutes on the operation itself.
What time zone are the slots in?
The calendar shows every slot in your own time zone. I work US business hours with clients worldwide.
Pick a time that suits you.
