Information, not advice

The pages, articles, guides, checklists and templates on this site are general information drawn from my own work. They are not legal, financial, tax, lending, employment or other professional advice, and they are not tailored to your business. Use your own judgment and take professional advice before acting on them.

No client relationship until a signed agreement

Reading this site, downloading a resource, sending a message or booking a call does not make you my client and does not oblige either of us to anything. Nothing on the site is an offer that binds either of us. An engagement begins only when we both sign a written agreement that sets out the scope, the fee in US dollars and the term.

Calls and bookings

The Operations Leak Audit and the intro call are booked through Calendly and are subject to Calendly's own terms. What I say on a call is my honest view on the information you give me; it is not a guarantee. If you cannot attend, please reschedule or cancel through the link in your confirmation.

Results are specific to those engagements

The figures and case studies on this site are real outcomes from specific engagements, described without naming the client. They depended on that business, that team and that starting point. They are not a promise, a forecast or a guarantee of what will happen in your business. Where a client is quoted, the quote is attributed by role and type of business, without a name.

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics and downloadable resources on this site belong to me. You may read them, share links to them, and use the resources inside your own business. You may not republish, resell or present them as your own without my written permission. The Nomad Ops name and wordmark are mine.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break it, scrape it at scale, send spam through its forms or submit information that is false or belongs to someone else.

Links to other sites

This site links to services I do not control, including Calendly and LinkedIn. I am not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

No warranties

The site and everything on it are provided as they are and as available. I do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that the content is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid me to use the site, which is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Disputes

These terms cover the website only. Any dispute about client work is handled under the signed engagement agreement for that work, in the way that agreement sets out. For a concern about the site itself, write to me first and I will try to resolve it directly.

Privacy

How I handle personal information is set out in the privacy policy.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
